Hutovo Fortress
The old fortified town of Hutovo lies inland in the Neum municipality, below Mount Žaba. Neum's tourism board identifies it as an important cultural and historical landmark of the district. Also known as Hadžibegov grad, it must not be confused with the wetlands of Hutovo Blato or assumed to stand on Neum's coast. The enclosure's towers, gates and internal buildings require their own measured study.
