Kamengrad Fortress
Kamengrad is a ruined stronghold above Donji Kamengrad, west of Sanski Most. Its position relates to the Bliha corridor and routes across the Sana region. The municipality's history records Kamengrad as an Ottoman administrative centre, while the fortress itself has medieval origins. The remains require archaeological investigation to separate their building phases; no intact architectural reconstruction is implied by this record.

Rounded western head
Truhelka's plan, published by Kreševljaković in 1959, shows an irregular elongated upper fort. This model interprets its rounded western end as surviving open masonry.
Eastern internal remains
The published plan records rooms at the narrower eastern end. Only low wall traces are modeled, avoiding invented residential storeys.
Bent lower spur
A wall circuit turns sharply down the slope from the upper fort. Its distinctive bend follows the historical drawing; levels and current preserved heights are estimates.
